Getting started with Ceros

Role settings allow you to tailor who in your organization has access to your Ceros content, and what those users can do within the Ceros ecosystem.

The Owner role has the highest level of permission, with access to everything within your Ceros account. This is the only role that can invite new users to the account and manage user access/permissions.

The Creator role should be given to someone who will be logging into Ceros to create content, such as designers. They will have full access to design tools.

The Editor role is typically for team members who still need to make version updates within Editor and then share the experiences with end-users; for example, copy tweaks to sales decks or campaign pages.

The Reviewer role is best suited for users who you would like to have access to preview experiences in development, as well as review the analytics of a published experience. Team members for this role will likely be project stakeholders and members of your analytics team.
